Sharon Peters Martin, CPA

Sharon Peters Martin, President of Advance Financial LLC, is a CPA and Financial Advisor Representative and has been assisting businesses, individuals, and families with accounting, taxes, and financial issues since 2003. She is committed to serving his clients with both technical solutions and personal service. Sharon received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Wisconsin- Madison and pursued her MS in Taxation at Southeastern University. She holds a State of Maryland CPA license, as well as the FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, life, health, and variable insurance licenses.

After competing undergrad, Sharon’s began working in public accounting at a local accounting firm in northwest Washington DC. She has worked also worked in DC Government and in the Not for Profit sector. In 2021, Sharon decided to expand business service offerings from just providing tax and accounting services by adding financial services completing the regulatory requirements and becoming a Financial Advisor Representative.
