Advance Financial, LLC is led by Sharon Y. Peters Martin.  Ms. Martin, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), attended High school in downtown Silver Spring. She then attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting.  After returning to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, she completed postgraduate studies in Taxation at Southeastern University. 
 
Ms. Martin worked with local and regional CPA firms for about 10 years.  In 1992, she began working as a sole practitioner focused primarily on small businesses and individuals.  Additionally, she worked as the lead accountant with two local non-profits in the District of Columbia.
 
Advance Financial’s team is comprised of CPAs, accountants, financial planners and advisors, management consultants and formal partnerships with investment, insurance and mortgage brokers. Our team will provide the full spectrum of accounting and financial services.
